In their most recent project, DelVita infuses the skank and energy of electronic music into their acoustic sound, while still using jazz as a get-out clause to avoid everything you’ve heard before. In this project the soundbrewing brothers enter a new cosmos. With carefully crafted compositions they strive for an interesting mix of upbeat alt-rock while at the same time keeping a slow sonic intensity that recalls Radiohead.

The band combines framed improvisational freedom inspired by Wayne Shorter with concepts influenced by Kurt Rosenwinkel to make for an explosive style that is not shy of intimate and minimalistic moments. From raving acoustic beats to nuanced ensemble-playing the brothers are able to create a unique sound that encompasses both a cosmic perspective and the smallest possible micro world. Their latest album “Abyss” was released in May 2018.
